Hey, I'm Jessica. I've been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist for 7+ years. My practice is located within a multidisciplinary clinic located on Secord Drive in St.Catharines. I have worked with a variety of clients and their individual needs ranging from sports related injuries to stress relief. I absolutely love what I do and will always try my best to help you achieve your physical goals. I'm committed to having open communication with each client to ensure we are constantly making progress.

-All prices listed in the online booking section officially begin in January 2025 (tax included). Current rates are $10 less until the new year.

-CUPPING can be included in your treatment, if indicated, and with client consent (no extra cost).

Each client will be given a receipt after the appointment that can be submitted to your insurance provider for benefits. No direct billing.
